A necessary step in our commitment to excellence: SOC 2 Type 1

A necessary step in our commitment to excellence: SOC 2 Type 1

IndyKite has now passed our SOC 2 Type 1 certification which is great news for the platform and for our customers.

The beauty of security lies in its ever-changing landscape where resilience and adaptability are essential. This constant state of change drives us to maintain the right balance between security, compliance, and innovation as we build a platform our customers can trust. This requires commitment, dedication and constant improvement.

Stepping into the SOC 2 framework translates directly into IndyKite’s commitment to securing data access and trust, and provides a competitive edge in a market where data protection and enablement are more critical than ever. For our customers, this certification means enhanced data security, greater operational transparency, and peace of mind knowing their information is protected according to industry-leading security standards. These standards also provide the assurance that we are always improving our processes and systems, lowering risks, and positioned to meet future demands.

As part of the SOC 2 Type I assessment, we strived to interrogate our existing processes to find ways we could improve, enhancing our overall security posture and strengthening our ability to serve our customers better.

Anyone that has gone through a SOC assessment can appreciate that the certification is not easily achieved and requires a significant amount of work across the organization. I am so proud of the IndyKite team and its commitment to excellence, not only in customer satisfaction but in lifting the bar on data privacy and security.

So while this is a great accomplishment, we will not stop here. We are already working towards SOC 2 Type 2, along with other certifications, to further prove our commitment to best practice and a trustworthy offering to our customers.
